US Passenger Facility Charges: Starting at USD 3.00 up to USD 18.00, this fee may apply depending upon your chosen itinerary.

The fares displayed on Lowfarfly.com DO NOT include taxes and other surcharges.

US Flight Segment Tax: A federal segment fee of USD 3.00 applies per flight segment, defined as a takeoff and landing.

September 11th Security Fee: The September 11 Security Fee of USD 2.50 for each flight segment originating at a U.S. airport, that was being collected earlier, is now temporarily suspended, and will not be collected on tickets purchased between now and September 30, 2003.

Additional taxes/fees: Additional taxes and fees may apply to International itineraries. Charges of up to USD 98.00 may apply depending on the itinerary chosen.

Shipping Fees/Ticket Fees: Some itineraries require paper tickets. Check with your Agent if your itinerary allows an e-ticket. In case your itinerary allows e-tickets, and you still want paper tickets issued, Lowfarefly.com charges a USD 10.00 shipping fee per transaction either via Fedex or Airborne, over and above any airline imposed fees for issuing paper tickets. The tickets will be delivered to the mailing address provided by the credit cardholder.

Restricted Air Fares: Discounted airfare tickets offered for a proposed itinerary are restricted. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-reroutable and non-endorsable. Date changes prior to and after commencement of travel are allowed, but are subject to availability of seats and other applicable penalties.

Payment Guidelines: Fares are only guaranteed once the payment has been made in full. We accept cash, banker's checks, wire transfers and all major credit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card, you would need to fill in a credit card authorization form and/or authorize the credit card charge over phone. For check payments, please mail your checks to lowfarefly.com at 15031 Military Road, SO., Suite A, Seattle WA 98188.

No Visa Service: lowfarefly.com is not responsible for acquiring any documentation required for traveling to a foreign country. All passport and visa formalities have to be completed by the person visiting abroad on his/her own.

Shipment of Paper Tickets: Some itineraries require paper tickets. For such itineraries, a per shipment fee of $10 for shipment via FedEx or Air Borne within the 48 contiguous states of the USA, will be levied. Shipping charges and shipping time to the states of Alaska, Hawaii and other countries vary as per the shipping destination. Check with your Agent if your itinerary allows an e-ticket or paper ticket. In case your itinerary allows e-tickets, and you still want paper tickets issued, then too would the shipping surcharge be applicable. The tickets will be delivered to the mailing address provided by the credit cardholder within 3 to 5 business days. An over night shipment delivery will cost $25.
